Random Weekend Targets

Get set, go! You never know when they might strike; we take a random weekend and set a sales target for the team at each restaurant. Every restaurant that beats their target gets to pick a secret prize envelope and selects the superstar team member from the kitchen, the bar, the waiting team and the management team as a winner. Whatever the prize, those four superstars get one each. We’ve given away everything from mountain bikes to balloon flights to date.

CHRISTMAS PARTIES

We know that there are hundreds of tales of great hospitality out there every week. How? Because our guests tell us! Every eight weeks we collect the best tales, where the team have gone above and beyond the call of duty, and use this along with our Mystery Diner results to pick the most hospitable restaurants. Winning team members are then picked out of a hat and can snaffle some amazing prizes from Nintendo Wiis and Xboxes to Spa days
