We work hard to bring fresh, tasty and authentic Latin American food to your table and are proud to cook your dishes to order. The food that we serve today can trace its roots back to the 16th Century, a fusion of native Latin American Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African influences. Our signature dish, Xinxim Brasilian lime chicken, really is Pelé’s favourite, and is a great example of this pan-continental fusion.
