Big, beautiful, bacana. And the birthplace of the infamous Caipirinha. We’re the only restaurant to produce cachaça from our own sugar cane plantation near Rio. João Luiz, our master cachaça maker, oversees the process from harvesting the cane & fermenting the juices, to bottling the cachaça.
